The event will begin with a panel discussion highlighting accomplishments and viewpoints of those who have promoted diversity and inclusion, and have advanced opportunities for woman and femme-identifying individuals in the games industry. Joanie Kraut, CEO of Women in Games International (WIGI), will host the panel. Following the discussion, attendees can enjoy light bites, drinks, and networking.

Women In Games events aim to build and foster a supportive community for women, non-binary & allies in the games industry. These events provide a safe space for connecting, sharing knowledge, and networking with fellow developers and professionals in the games industry.
As Global Group Director for Beauty at Roblox, Justine is focused on creating new ecosystems for people to express themselves through digital beauty and helping brands create and scale their presence on the platform. Justine had previously led Emerging Verticals at Roblox, leveraging her 15 years of partnerships experience working with Fortune 100 brands. Prior to Roblox, Justine held roles at Pinterest and TikTok, leading West Coast partnerships with top technology and telecommunications brands like Google, Apple and Microsoft for Pinterest, and managing business, measurement, creator and creative strategy for key technology partners at TikTok.
Jen MacLean, co-founder and CEO of a new studio, Dragon Snacks Games, is building social role-playing experiences for Gen Z and Gen Alpha. Formerly Xbox's General Manager of Creator Partnerships, she managed top partner relationships and co-led content strategies. With a passion for gaming, Jen also held senior roles in game development, driving worldwide business development at AWS and serving as Executive Director for the IGDA and IGDA Foundation.
Sarah is a proven, dynamic brand innovator, having spent more than 30 years leading growth initiatives and building brands and communities for major businesses in interactive entertainment and digital streaming. She joined Amazon Games in 2019 as Global Head of Marketing and Partnerships and led the successful launches of New World, Lost Ark and recently Throne and Liberty and New World: Aeternum. She is focused now on building community for several live games and future launches that include King of Meat, Tomb Raider and The Lord of the Rings. Prior to Amazon, Sarah served as a marketing executive at numerous companies including Kanopy, 2K Games and Sega.
Joanie has operated in tech and gaming within different verticals throughout her career. She has served as an advisor and consultant for studios, startups, and nonprofits. Her expertise resides in business development, financial strategy, and DEI initiatives. She is dedicated to eliminating barriers and increasing access and opportunities for all. Joanie was recognized as the Most Influential CEO of 2022 by CEO Monthly and was named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Los Angeles of 2023 by Women We Admire.
